PLATJA VILANOVA CAMPSITE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
By making a reservation or entering the campsite, the client accepts the conditions stipulated in the campsite’s internal regulations and those of the Catalan Federation of Campsites and Caravans.
ACCESS TO CAMPSITE: All persons wishing to lodge in our establishment must sign in and show their ID (mandatory for people over the age of 14 and children under the age of 14 must state their name and birthdate). The campsite is reserved only for the use of campers. The person billed on the invoice will be held responsible for their companions.
VISITS: All persons not lodging at the campsite and wish to visit a relative and/or friend must show their ID at reception (mandatory for people over the age of 14 and children under the age of 14 must state their name and birthdate). They will be allowed two free visiting hours (provided that they do not use any of the facilities, if the facilities are used then the corresponding fee will apply). If visitors stay more than two hours they must pay for the full day. Vehicles must be paid for in the parking lot at the campsite entrance.
The campsite reserves the right to prohibit visitors entrance at any moment management deems necessary.

- Visits will be authorized by campsite management
- Campers will be held responsible for their visitors.
- Visitors that do not check in at reception must exit the campsite and the client must pay any corresponding fees and an incidence report will be filed.
- Visitors to clients lodging in bungalows are not allowed to bring animals.
PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18: must be accompanied with an adult who will be responsible for them.
CIRCULATING INSIDE CAMPSITE: driving inside the campsite is prohibited between 12:00am and 7:30am. If you need to exit before 7:30am, the night before you must leave your car in the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite and exit the interior of the campsite on foot. The maximum speed limit inside the campsite is 10 km/h.
BARBECUES: the use of the barbecues is permitted as long as they are used with charcoal or gas and the authorities permit to do so. Ashes must be disposed of in the designated buckets, never in the rubbish bins. Users must be vigilant and always have a bucket of water next to the barbecue. Users must be careful as to not bother other campers with the barbecue smoke.
INVOICE PAYMENT: The client must pay for their stay upon arrival at the campsite (according to Law 11/2021: Law of Preventive Measures and Fight against Fiscal Fraud, invoices which exceed 999€ will not be permitted to be paid in cash.)
USE OF BICYCLES AND OTHER VEHICLES: Once outdoor public lighting has been turned on, circulating by bicycle is prohibited.
The use of electric scooters, quads or any other battery or gasoline powered vehicle by minors under the age of 18 is prohibited, persons over the age of 18 are allowed monitoring the speed limit. Hoverboards with seats are prohibited due to their inherent danger.
CONNECTIONS: They are exclusively for collecting water: the washing of dishes, clothes and personal hygiene use is prohibited, … for this use there are the sanitary facilities.
QUIET HOURS: from 12:00am to 8:00am and from 3pm to 5pm noise should be kept to a minimum as not to bother the other campers. The use of speakers and loud music is prohibited to avoid bothering neighboring campers.
It is prohibited to play pétanque in the streets from 10pm to 8am and from 3pm to 5 pm.
WASTE: Plots/bungalows must be kept tidy and waste must be bagged and disposed of in dumpsters. We have cardboard, plastic and glass dumpsters. It is prohibited to dispose of bulky objects in the dumpsters.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS: respect the rules of the campsite. If the rules are not followed, management will ask clients and/or their visitors to leave our premises.
Reminder: according to article 212-6-2 of Decree 75/2020 of Catalan Tourism, if a family leaves their caravan/tent without paying their corresponding invoice, management reserves the right to remove camping items and place them in an unsecured location.
DOGS: Campers must always notify when making the reservation and/or upon arrival at the campsite. Reminder: pets are not allowed in the bungalows (nor are visitors allowed to bring them).
They should always be tied up and mustn’t be left alone in the plot in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Dogs classified as potentially dangerous breeds must always wear a muzzle, owners must possess an appropriate license (personal and non-transferable) and civil liability insurance.
INSURANCE: You must possess civil liability insurance in case you or your companions cause any damages to other campers in the campsite.
PLATJA VILANOVA CAMPSITE INTERNAL PLOT REGULATIONS
Besides the general regulations, campers staying on plots must:
1.Gates are not permitted
2.Tarps must not exceed 3 x 3.
3.It is prohibited to block streets.
4.At check-in, if you express your wish to not have an electricity connection and we observe that you have indeed connected you must pay for it for all the days of your stay. The renting of the electricity connection comes with the right to use one socket (5 amperes maximum).
5.Only camping furniture is permitted outside. The use of sofas is prohibited.
6.It is strictly prohibited to park cars on empty plots.
7.It is strictly prohibited to cover caravans, Comanche campers, kitchens, etc. with plastic, raffia, canopies, etc.
8.Check-in is 12pm onwards and check-out is before 12pm.
PLATJA VILANOVA CAMPSITE INTERNAL BUNGALOW REGULATIONS
Besides the general regulations, campers staying in bungalows must:
1.Leave bungalow clean and tidy as it was found.
2.Dispose of rubbish and not leave any food in refrigerator.
3.Do not take furniture from inside bungalow outside.
4.In the case of gathering with people from other bungalows, leave utensils in each corresponding bungalow.
5.It is prohibited to smoke inside bungalow.
6.On check-out day bring keys and television remote control to reception and wait for an inspection to be done. In the case of an anomaly being found it must be charged and/or corrected.
7.Animals are not allowed in the bungalows, nor are pets of visitors allowed.
8.Check-in and check-out times will be stipulated at pre-booking of the bungalow, as this varies depending on the dates.
